The role requires extensive knowledge and practical experience in Early Production Facilities (EPF) and Upstream Oil & Gas projects, with proven leadership across Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering, and EPC phases.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.Master's Degree is an advantage.Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent professional registration is preferred.Minimum ExperienceMinimum 20 years of engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry.Minimum 10 years in Engineering Management or Lead Engineering roles within a PMC environment.Mandatory practical working experience in Early Production Facilities (EPF) and Upstream Oil & Gas projects.Mandatory experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams on major Oil & Gas projects.Mandatory hands-on experience across Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering, and EPC phases of Oil & Gas projects.Proven experience delivering large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects.ADNOC or other major Middle East operator project experience is highly preferred.
