Responsible for managing the maintenance, seamless deployment, and operations of our 5G network infrastructure. Develop, implement, and manage 5G network operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements. Develop and execute operational strategies and plans that align with the company's 5G network goals and objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to 5G network performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide guidance and support to operations personnel. Monitor and manage inventory levels. Manage the day-to-day operations of the 5G network infrastructure. Maintain records of operational activities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment for 5G operations. Lead the development and execution of training programs for staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills needed to operate and maintain 5G technology. Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations in 5G operations. Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Assist in budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 5+ years of experience in operational management. Solid understanding of operational processes and systems related to 5G infrastructure. Excellent leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software. Proficiency in operational software and tools used in managing 5G networks Qualifications Professional qualification in the field of Electronics & Telecommunication Fluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage.
