The role is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across AKL’s manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce operations to ensure system efficiency, data accuracy, user adoption, process improvement, and effective business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration, users, master data, and system performance.
- Act as the ERP superuser and internal functional expert for all Business Central modules.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, testing, and system enhancements.
- Support manufacturing, inventory, procurement, warehouse, retail, POS, and e-commerce operations.
- Ensure accurate data flow between ERP, e-commerce platforms, and business systems.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and management insights.
- Provide ERP training, user support, troubleshooting, and maintain system documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a superuser, administrator, or functional consultant.
- Experience in ERP implementation, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce environments.
- Strong knowledge of ERP processes including production, inventory, procurement, and sales.
- Experience with Power BI, system integrations, and business reporting is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is an advantage.
