We are seeking an Engineer to join our ASFM team at Al Shirawi Facilities Management LLC.

Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities at Arcadia Global School.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in implementing and managing assigned facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise the onsite facilities team, including technicians, housekeeping staff, and security guards.
- Manage specialized services and ensure their timely and effective delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client at the school site, addressing their daily operational requirements.
- Fulfill facilities management-related needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on facilities management activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to the facilities team as needed.
Qualifications
