- Responsibilities
- Review tender design drawings, specifications, BOQ etc
- Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off and comparing with tender quantities
- Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyse prices, prepare material and labour cost estimation and prepare bid.
- Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
- Preparation of Project Risk Analysis report.
- Attend pre bid meetings with clients or consultants.
- Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project and meet the client Budget.
- Coordination with other staff to ensure that tender deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.
- Comprehension of local authority requirement and international standards.
- Coordinating with procurement and provide necessary technical support.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Computer skills – MS office, PlanSwift and Autocad
- Minimum experience – 8 – 12 years as Estimator
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written to be able to talk to clients
- Specialized in Hospitality Projects
- Good Knowledge of the Fit Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas
- Experienced in pricing Interior Fit out and Joinery
