Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements and decorations while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, a keen eye for design, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare floral arrangements and decorations for daily orders, events, and special occasions.
- Ensure all flowers and plants are fresh, well-maintained, and beautifully presented.
- Collaborate with clients and the floral team to fulfill creative and custom design requests.
- Manage flower care, storage, and inventory rotation.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Assist in setup and decoration for events and corporate installations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar creative role.
- Strong skills in floral design, arrangement, and decoration.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of flowers, plants, and their seasonal availability.
- Formal training or certification in Floral Design, Horticulture, or a related field is an advantage.
