A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Striving to make every meal truly memorable for our guests by serving up high standards with our signature flair.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Prepare and maintain restaurant, outlet, and service areas.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Promote menu items and apply suggestive selling techniques.
Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service.
Operate POS and handle payments accurately.
Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards.
Assist with buffet, banquet, room service, and other F&B operations as required.
What we need from you
Minimum 1–2 years of F&B service experience, preferably in a 4-star hotel, upscale restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling
Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent hospitality.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
