This role involves:
Ensure F&B operations are running in a smooth and efficient manner and resulting in profitable execution of events.
Perform opening and closing procedures for food concessions.
Oversee and delegate responsibilities of food service operations such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Supervise and schedule an F&B team of 20 to 35 members while ensuring shift coverage and operational efficiency during rushes.
Oversee food preparation, bar stocks, concession operations, and service quality according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
Maintain rigorous standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and equipment maintenance across all areas.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, conduct periodic stock counts, and liaise with management on results.
Handle customer inquiries regarding menu items and allergies while resolving complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
Process payments using the point of sale system and assist with cash register operations as needed.
Delegate cleaning, receiving, storage, and food issuance responsibilities to team members.
Support management with opening, closing, and administrative tasks across multiple arena locations.

Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Hospitality/ Management or other related field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Arabic is a plus.
