Job Description
- Assist the Food & Beverage team with daily restaurant, café, and outlet operations.
- Support the service team in preparing dining areas before service and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Welcome and assist guests professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Learn and follow established food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with table setup, menu presentation, and basic food and beverage service.
- Support the team in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing restaurants and outlets for special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Observe and learn proper handling of guest requests, feedback, and complaints under supervision.
- Assist with stock organization, inventory checks, and replenishment when required.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and grooming standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in restaurant operations and the hospitality industry.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage but not mandatory.
