What You’ll Do
- Accompany German-speaking investors and buyers through the entire off-plan journey, from first enquiry to reservation, payment plan, and handover.
- Be the go-to contact for clients new to Dubai, explaining the market, the process, and the legal framework with full transparency.
- Represent Richmond at events and roadshows with high-net-worth clients and turn those contacts into long-term relationships.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and make sure every client is delighted with the service.
What We’re Looking For
- Native or fluent German, plus fluent English (required).
- A good grasp of German-speaking business culture and the polish to engage a high-net-worth clientele.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A positive, organized team player who stays calm under pressure.
- Based in Dubai.
