Job Summary
Graphic Designer with an understanding of consumer behavior, branding, and packaging design, with the ability to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. He/She will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including digital, print, and social platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Artwork: Design and create original product labels, packaging, and other artwork that captures the essence of our products.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing banners, POS materials, and in-store display advertisements, and social media visuals for campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
- File Preparation: Prepare print-ready files with attention to resolution, colour profiles, and technical specifications for printers or online platforms.
- Event based artworks: Develop banners and artworks for Backwalls, Counter Tops and other display areas for various events.
- Digital Asset preparation: Develop and design visual content for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns)
- Branding: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand image.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Feedback Loop: Accept constructive feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Innovation: Stay on top of design trends and implement new creative ideas to keep our designs fresh and engaging.
- Multi-Project Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

- Design Software Expertise: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and other relevant design software.
