Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Leading, coaching, and developing the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
Designing creative and commercially successful menus aligned with brand standards and guest expectations
Overseeing all food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality
Managing food costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen budgets
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Collaborating with Food & Beverage leaders to create memorable dining concepts and promotions
Driving innovation and continuously improving menus, processes, and guest satisfaction
Planning and executing banquet, catering, and special event culinary operations
Building a positive, high-performing kitchen culture that supports employee engagement and retention
What we need from you
Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury or upscale hotel environment, with at least four years of culinary leadership experience managing multiple kitchen operations like Restaurants, Banqueting and Room Service with proven expertise in team leadership, food quality, kitchen operations, cost control, and culinary excellence.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, food trends, and culinary techniques
Solid understanding of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
Extensive knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and delivering outstanding guest experiences through high-quality food, presentation, and service.
