Host

The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, managing waitlists, and coordinating with the dining staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities

 Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with information about the restaurant.

 Manage reservations and seating arrangements.

 Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.

 Coordinate with dining staff to ensure efficient service.

 Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.

 Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

 Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

 Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials.

 Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

 Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Friendly and professional demeanor.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
