Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, table assignments, and guest records accurately.
- Escort guests, present menus, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and feedback with care and timely solutions.
- Maintain restaurant entrance, host desk, and dining areas according to cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain strong menu knowledge and support guest engagement through promotions and personalized service.
- Ensure professional grooming, uniform standards, and compliance with hotel policies.
What we need from you
- Previous experience as a Hostess or guest-facing hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
