Job Description
We are seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Saudi Arabia. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of HVAC systems at various work sites including Dammam, Jeddah, Alahsaa, Tabuk, Riyadh, and Qussam. This role requires extensive knowledge and advanced technical skills in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance procedures on all HVAC equipment and systems within the facilities.
- Accurately diagnose technical issues and carry out necessary repairs to maintain system efficiency.
- Work within the maintenance department aligned with the Facilities Maintenance SEC to ensure continuous operation and smooth functioning of all equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors to ensure maintenance activities are performed according to work plans and established standards.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards during all tasks performed.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports and continuously update equipment and system status.
- Contribute to training and skill development of the technical team within the department.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certified technician or holder of a recognized qualification in HVAC maintenance or its equivalent.
- Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance, preferably in a food services environment.
- High diagnostic and technical skills with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with commitment to full-time working hours.
- Flexibility to travel between different job locations within the mentioned cities.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and handle technical emergencies.
