Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the IT department and define its policies, procedures, and roadmap
- Build and manage infrastructure: networks, devices, servers, and cloud services
- Administer business systems and applications and support their integration
- Implement cybersecurity and data protection controls in line with CMA, NCA, and PDPL requirements
- Develop backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage user access, permissions, and accounts
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
- Provide technical support to employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in IT
- Proven experience building or developing an IT environment independently
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
- Experience in financial services or a CMA-licensed entity is a plus
- Professional certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English
