SSCL is seeking a KPI & Development Specialist to develop operating procedures, governance frameworks, decision matrices, process ownership models, and operational readiness frameworks across its portfolios. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, and at least 10 years of experience in process improvement and governance. Experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, or critical infrastructure is preferred. The position is in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
