Summary
QatarEnergy is seeking a Land and Property Analyst to evaluate land and property applications and analyze land revenue in line with established procedures. The role also involves understanding requirements and developing relevant contracts and agreements. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce and 8–10 years of post-qualification experience. Strong commercial and analytical skills and excellent written and spoken English are required; Arabic is an advantage. The position is in Doha, Qatar.

Primary Purpose of the Job
Responsible for the evaluation of all land and property applications & land revenue analysis in accordance with established procedures.
Required Experience and Skills
• 8-10 years post qualification experience in a broad range of business aspects function, with in-depth demonstrated working experience.
• Ability to swiftly understand the requirements and work on a given subject matter in order to effectively initiate and develop relevant contracts and agreements.
• Excellent written and oral English; Arabic will be considered an advantage.
• Good inter-personal skills and ability to work with the team effectively.
• Able to plan, execute and complete work with limited guidance.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, along with strong commercial and analytical orientation.
