Penspen is urgently looking for Lead Construction Engineer for one of our prestigious PMC projects in UAE.Qualification RequiredThe candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Piping or related field).ResponsibilitiesLead and manage offshore construction teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Oversee the installation, hookup, and commissioning of offshore facilities such as platforms, pipelines, and subsea structures.Ensure all construction activities align with project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.Provide technical guidance to resolve construction-related challenges and ensure engineering standards are met.Review and approve construction drawings, procedures, and method statements.Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards during all offshore operations.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for high-risk activities.Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and client representatives to align construction goals.Facilitate daily briefings, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.Develop and implement hookup strategies and offshore construction plans.Monitor progress and adjust plans to address delays or unforeseen issues.Qualifications & Skills Required:Minimum 15+ years of overall experience including of 5 years extensive offshore oil and gas construction experience, especially in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environmentStrong experience in Offshore - Fabrication of Wellhead Towers, Subsea cable, brownfield, piping erection, mechanical equipment installation, and Jackets topside constructionStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with regional regulations and offshore construction practices.PMC experience will be preferredPrevious experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.#LI-AS1
