GR8 school is reinventing education around the individual learner. Our model combines AI-powered, self-paced academic learning with expert teaching, consistent personal guidance and direct access to professionals at the forefront of their fields. Students pursue academic excellence while developing the confidence, judgement and practical skills to apply what they learn.
Adaptive learning reveals what each student already knows, where understanding needs strengthening and when they are ready for greater challenge. This insight allows our team to personalise the learning journey and focus human expertise where it can make the greatest difference.
Learning Architects guide each student’s whole path across academic subjects and futures pathways. As the constant presence in the learning room, they build trusted relationships, sustain motivation and coordinate support. They also create and deliver workshops that develop essential personal, interpersonal and practical skills.
Academic Mentors bring deep subject expertise and a passion for teaching. They curate the digital learning experience and take responsibility for subject progression, working directly with students through high-impact one-to-one and small-group interactions. Their masterclasses deepen understanding and prepare students for assessments and high-stakes examinations.
Futures Mentors connect curiosity with authentic experience across all curricula. Drawing on industry and professional expertise, they help students explore questions alongside scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs and other practitioners. Students can investigate a global challenge, develop an invention or pursue a venture, discovering how knowledge can change the world around them.
Together, these roles ensure every student is known, challenged, supported and inspired. We are seeking ambitious colleagues to help design, soft-launch and refine GR8, turning this vision into a daily experience for young people.
