Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project assets, personnel, and equipment across various work locations.
- Maintain accurate records, including asset registers, inventory, and equipment logs.
- Support site access management, including onboarding, permits, and security clearances.
- Oversee PMC vehicle allocation, usage, maintenance, and fleet tracking.
- Manage PMC accommodation, including room assignments and occupancy records.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely resource availability.
- Monitor logistics activities to ensure compliance with project policies and procedures.
- Support equipment account management and logistics documentation.
- Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues to minimize disruptions.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance reviews for assets and logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or asset management.
- Proven experience in coordinating logistics for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of asset management, inventory control, and equipment tracking.
- Experience in transportation logistics, fleet coordination, and vehicle allocation.
- Ability to manage accommodation, occupancy planning, and camp operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking systems.
- Understanding of project governance and compliance requirements.
- Analytical skills for process improvement and performance management.
