Responsible for the strategic branding and positioning of facility by developing and/or implementing a marketing strategy for the facility in order to meet and exceed the annual revenue targets. Also responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships, managing and coordinating the day-to-day marketing activities within the agreed upon guidelines and offering incentives or tailor made marketing plans to customers in order to attract them to the facility services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans for Corniche Hospital.
- Align hospital branding with SEHA corporate standards.
Brand Management:
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials and platforms.
- Oversee production of promotional items, signage, and marketing collateral.
Marketing & Communication Activities:
- Manage advertising, media relations, and public relations initiatives.
- Coordinate events, campaigns, and community engagement programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate content for digital platforms (website, social media).
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hospital leadership and SEHA corporate marketing teams.
- Build relationships with media, vendors, and community partners.
Budget & Performance:
- Develop and monitor marketing budgets.
- Track ROI and prepare periodic reports on marketing effectiveness.
Compliance & Quality:
- Ensure adherence to SEHA policies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- (Preferred) master’s degree in marketing or MBA.
Experience:
- 6–8 years in marketing/communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- (Preferred) Experience in healthcare or hospital environment.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
- Expertise in branding, media relations, event management, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze ROI.
