Overview of the role
We are currently building a strong pool of talent for future Marketing Executive opportunity in Dubai.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working with data, budgets, reporting, and campaign coordination. You will play an important role in supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operational activities while ensuring smooth processing, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across different business functions.
What you will do
- Support the marketing team with purchase orders, invoicing, payment approvals, and related administrative activities.
- Monitor marketing spend and maintain accurate budget trackers.
- Prepare and maintain regular marketing, sales, customer enquiry, and aftersales reports.
- Coordinate purchase orders and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Support email and SMS customer campaigns and ensure effective campaign execution.
- Assist with reimbursement and claims-related documentation for marketing expenses.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales teams to ensure timely reporting and effective coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding marketing-related activities.

You will join a collaborative marketing environment and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales teams. The role requires strong coordination, accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to supporting marketing activities and business reporting.
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Good understanding of marketing administration, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Analytical and numerical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, organise, prioritise, and consistently follow through on tasks.
- Previous experience in a marketing support, marketing operations, or similar role would be advantageous.
