- JOB PURPOSE:
Carry out day to day Mechanical rotating and static maintenance activates in addition to corrective, overhaul and breakdown maintenance activates related to all Mechanical equipment in the assigned field / Area.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Receive Work order from Mechanical Engineer, Review the equipment maintenance history and arrange the necessary consumables/spares/tools.
- Obtain the necessary work permits & certificates as per maintenance procedures and company HSE regulations,
- Carry out efficiently & safely all the assigned maintenance activities (Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown & Predictive) as per work order and standard maintenance procedures,
Carry out the necessary inspection in order to determine the extent of repair required & prepare inspection, failure & overhaul reports accordingly.
- Monitor the condition of all rotating equipment Visually or using the relevant devices/systems within the area of responsibility.
Investigate and troubleshoot the equipment & implement the fault -finding routine and procedures in consultation with Mechanical Engineers and other disciplines when required,
- Carry out new installations, modifications and testing of mechanical equipment through various stages as per plan and in line With the Engineer instructions,
Participate in the major overhaul and shutdown maintenance activates as assigned by Engineer and identifies spares, special tools & tackles requirements to execute the activity.
Update the maintenance records for all mechanical equipment as per MAXIMO relevant records, Prepare and maintain a variety of records, files, drawings, manual, datasheets, etc. related to the various maintenance activities in a well administrative manner,

- Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization. Tool Box
Maintain all tools, safety gear and equipment provided by company safely and in working condition. Arrange for repair or replacement of any tools and safety gear that may not be in good working condition.
Time o Carry out all maintenance jobs in line with assigned time standards,
- Inform the Maintenance Supervisor in case additional resources are required to carry out the job within the assigned time frame.

e Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures, modification of functional processes. machinery or equipment.
Health, Environment HSE) and SustainabiJjty
• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices, o Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.
Reports o Collect technical data from the field as required and provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.
Provide input for the preparation of Method statements and initiate Near Miss reports.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal o Regular contact with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical, Instrument & Control and Operations teams
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
5 years of experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
