Job Purpose:
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Media Producer to produce high-quality video and photography content across our brand, marketing and communications channels.
Working closely with the Brand & Marketing team and our internal designer, the Media Producer will support the development of creative concepts and take responsibility for bringing them to life through planning, filming, photography, editing and final delivery.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-moving logistics business. Shoots will take place across offices, events, warehouses, fulfilment centres, stock yards and other operational environments, with frequent travel across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Main Job Requirements:
Content Production
Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual approaches for campaigns and content.
Translate agreed concepts into storyboards, shot lists and production plans.
Manage shoots end-to-end, including scheduling, locations, equipment, filming, photography and post-production.
Film and photograph leadership, employees, operations, facilities, events, campaigns and social content.
Direct contributors and help people feel confident and natural on camera.
Capture strong B-roll and photography that can be used across multiple channels.
Proactively identify additional content opportunities while on location.
Editing & Creative Collaboration
Edit video content from raw footage through to final delivery.
Handle colour correction, audio, subtitles, titles and basic graphic treatments.
Produce different formats and cut-downs for social media, websites, campaigns and internal communications.
Work closely with the internal designer to ensure video, photography and design are visually consistent.
Collaborate on storyboards, graphics, typography and visual treatments where required.
Motion graphics capability, including Adobe After Effects or equivalent, is a strong advantage.
Equipment & Asset Management
Take responsibility for cameras, lenses, lighting, audio and supporting production equipment.
Prepare and test equipment before shoots and ensure it is safely packed, transported and delivered to each location.
Maintain equipment inventory and ensure equipment is properly stored, charged and production-ready.
Manage and organise raw footage, photography, project files and final assets.
Ensure content is appropriately backed up, archived and easily accessible to the Brand & Marketing team.
Working Environment & Travel
This role requires regular filming within live logistics environments, including warehouses, fulfilment centres, stock and vehicle yards, loading areas and outdoor operational locations.
The role requires:
Frequent travel across Saudi Arabia, particularly Riyadh and Jeddah, as well as regular travel to the UAE.
Flexibility around production schedules, including occasional early starts, evenings and longer shoot days.
Comfort working and filming outdoors, including in hot weather conditions.
Ability to safely carry, set up and transport professional production equipment.
Confidence working within active operational environments while following all health and safety requirements.
Ability to adapt to changing lighting, sound, access and operational conditions.
What We’re Looking For
A creative and technically capable producer who can take an agreed idea and turn it into strong visual content. Someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of production, while working collaboratively with the wider Brand & Marketing team.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who sees beyond the immediate shot list — someone who can recognise great content opportunities on location and make the most of every shoot.
Requirements
Qualification:
Degree or diploma in Media Production, Film, Photography, Communications, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 3 years in videography, photography or content production.
Strong portfolio across photography, videography, editing and storytelling.
Technical skills:
DSLR, mirrorless and professional cinema camera systems; lighting, audio, framing and composition.
Color correction, grading and post-production workflows.
Content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and web.
Preferred:
Motion graphics, animation and animated explainers.
Certified drone operation.
Logistics, transport, industrial, automotive or B2B sector experience.
Practical requirements:
Able to stand, lift and transport production equipment for extended periods.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors offices, warehouses and logistics facilities.
Willing to travel across Saudi Arabia and the GCC as required.
