  • Oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities to ensure that the MHS meets the required performance, reliability, safety, and operational criteria.
  • Lead and coordinate ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition) activities related to the MHS, ensuring operational readiness prior to airport opening and/or commencement of operations.
  • Monitor progress against the approved programme and proactively identify potential delays, risks, and critical interface issues.

  • Participate in inspections, factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, integrated systems testing, commissioning, and operational trials as required.
  • Ensure that construction and installation activities are carried out in accordance with approved HSE, quality, environmental, and airport safety requirements.
  • Review and contribute to risk assessments, mitigation measures, change management, and technical/commercial issues relating to MHS.
  • Organize, chair, and/or attend regularly scheduled project and coordination meetings with the MHS contractor, stakeholders, consultants, and project team.
  • Ensure effective follow-up and closeout of actions arising from meetings, inspections, testing, commissioning, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Support the project team through handover, completion, documentation, training, operational readiness, and final closeout of the MHS works.
  • Provide regular management reporting on MHS progress, risks, issues, interfaces, testing and commissioning, and readiness status.

Qualifications
