The Multimedia Specialist gives Group Communications dedicated in-house capability to turn business priorities into high-quality visual content quickly and consistently. The role reduces reliance on external suppliers, shortens production lead times and strengthens how we communicate across markets and channels.
Working within Group Communications, the specialist owns multimedia delivery from approved brief to final asset across design, video, photography, presentations, digital platforms and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create high-impact content (40%): Translate approved briefs into graphics, presentations, infographics, video, animation, photography and production-ready artwork; own delivery from concept to final asset.
Strengthen digital and visual storytelling (25%): Create adaptable content for our websites, intranet, social media, campaigns and internal communications, turning complex information into clear visual stories, keeping up to date with trends on the latest multimedia developments.
Protect brand quality and consistency (20%): Apply our brand standards, complete quality checks and maintain templates and reusable assets.
Improve efficiency and supplier use (15%): Build a searchable asset library, reuse approved content and engage external specialists only when scale or technical needs require them.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Degree or diploma in multimedia, graphic design, visual communications, digital media or a related field.
Three to five years' relevant experience, supported by a strong portfolio across design, video and digital content.
Advanced capability in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint, with practical photography and video production skills.
Able to manage multiple projects independently, make sound creative recommendations and work effectively with stakeholders across countries and functions.
Corporate or global organization experience and familiarity with digital asset management are preferred.
