These programs are designed to provide UAE Nationals, particularly high school leavers, with the opportunity to begin careers in various fields within our company.
Position: National Trainee Operations
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Fields: Smelter, Power, Desal, Maintenance, and Technical
Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting from 6 months to 3 years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Trainees are taught through structured, classroom-based theoretical programs, practical training in workshops, and on-the-job training in EGA areas.
Program Requirements:
- UAE National with Family Book
- High School Certificate, preferably in science/technical subjects, or relevant work experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Completed the National Service (If Applicable)
- Aged between 19-32
- Height: Minimum 160cm (Female), 165cm (Male)

سيخضع المتدرّبون لبرنامج تدريبي مكثف تتراوح مدته من 6 أشهر إلى 3 سنوات، يهدف إلى تأهيل الكوادر الوطنية الشابة من مواطني دولة الإمارات بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة لأداء مهامهم الوظيفية. ويتضمن البرنامج تدريبًا نظريًا منظّمًا داخل القاعات الدراسية، وتدريبًا عمليًا في الورش، بالإضافة إلى تدريب عملي أثناء العمل في مواقع شركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم.
متطلبات البرنامج:
- مواطن إماراتي يحمل خلاصة القيد
- شهادة الثانوية العامة، ويفضّل أن تكون في التخصصات العلمية أو الفنية، أو خبرة عملية ذات صلة
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية
- إتمام الخدمة الوطنية (إن وجدت)
- العمر بين 19 و32 عاماً
- الحد الأدنى للطول: 160 سم للإناث و165 سم للذكور
