Your Role
- Guide Italian-speaking investors and buyers through the off-plan journey, from first enquiry to reservation, payment plan, and handover.
- Be the trusted point of contact for Italian buyers new to Dubai, explaining the market, the process, and the legal framework.
- Represent Richmond Properties at events and roadshows with high-net-worth Italian clients and turn those connections into long-term relationships.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For
- Italian native or fluent speaker, with fluent English (required).
- An understanding of Italian culture and business etiquette, and the polish to engage a high-net-worth clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A positive, organized team player who can multitask under pressure.
