QatarEnergy is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its NGL3 and GSF operations in Mesaieed, Qatar. The role oversees daily gas processing plant, storage, loading, utilities and pipeline operations, directs operating personnel, optimizes throughput and assigns maintenance priorities. The supervisor also supports maintenance, engineering and HSE activities. Applicants need at least 10 years of hydrocarbon processing operations experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position; a qualification in Chemical Engineering is preferred.

Primary Purpose of the Job
Supervise day to day operation of gas processing plants, storage/loading/utilities and associated gas/liquid pipelines; including directing operating personnel in optimization of unit throughput, and assigning maintenance priorities. As a team member, will also assist in other Maintenance, Engineering and HSE related activities.
Required Experience and Skills
A minimum of 10 years operations experience in Hydrocarbon Processing Industry including at least 3 in a Supervisory position.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills to include knowledge of Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
Educational Qualifications
B.Sc. or Diploma/Degree preferably in Chemical Engineering.
