- Performance Monitoring of NEOM Operations Automation Systems. including, but not limited to: o Building Management System (BMS) o Energy Management System (EMS) o Fire Detections and Alarm System (FDAS) o Utilities Monitoring System with Video Analytics o Lighting Control System (LiCS) o Room Management System (RMS) o SCADA o Any other Systems Operated and Maintained by NEOM Operations Sector. Alarm Management of Automation Systems: o Coordinate with the Systems Integration Team to implement and configure the Alarms Management in the systems platform. o Follow up with the O&M contractors to resolve the addressed alarms in the Main Alarm Console of Centralized Platform. 2. Issue the Systems Automation Report, including but not limited to: o Daily Report o Alarm Reports o Energy consumption Reports o Incident Reports o Key Performance Indication Reports 3. Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures to control, monitor, and report the system's performance including the emergency escalations. 4. Participate in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for buildings operations incidents & any operational issues and ensure the implementation of the recommended resolution actions. 5. Participate in the systems commissioning activities to ensure correct systems setup and integration into the Automation Platforms. 6. Coordinate the activities of Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Reactive Maintenance (RM) and audit the O&M activities for the Process Control Systems' asset at NEOM sites. 7. Propose and implement Energy Saving initiatives in the Centralized Integration Platform, including the scheduling of equipment operation and setpoints. 8. Implement and archive all Change Request Forms (CRF)
