Role Purpose:
Purpose of the Role
The Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging training sessions while supporting members in achieving their fitness goals. They contribute to a positive club environment, drive personal training sales, and uphold high service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized, high-quality training programs tailored to member goals.
Engage members on the gym floor and provide professional guidance and support.
Promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and results.
Uphold club policies and ensure a clean, safe training environment.
Complete session tracking, client communication, and required admin tasks.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
Experience & Qualifications
2–3+ years of personal training experience (premium fitness environment preferred).
REPs Level 3 or equivalent certification.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Knowledge of exercise science, program design, and fitness assessments.
Energetic, professional, and passionate about fitness and member results.
