Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Keeping plumbing systems running smoothly: Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders and emergency requests related to plumbing issues
- Install plumbing fixtures and appliances: Fit and maintain toilets, sinks, baths, and appliances to ensure proper function
- Support bathroom installations: Collaborate with contractors to assist with the fitting of bathrooms and plumbing for new or renovated spaces
- Conduct inspections and ensure safety: Perform daily checks, address unsafe plumbing situations, and ensure all systems comply with safety standards
- Lead safety and training initiatives: Oversee monthly safety inspections and ensure staff are trained on plumbing safety protocols
