Role Mission

The Communications Intern supports the PR & Marketing team in the coordination and execution of public relations activities, media and influencer relations, brand events, and communications initiatives across the Middle East and Africa, contributing to the visibility, positioning, and image of the House.

Direct Report: PR & Marketing Manager MEA

Key Accountabilities

Support planning and execution of PR events, launches, and brand activations.
Assist with daily media monitoring and coverage reporting for press & social media.
Support sample management, inventory tracking and organization of PR archive using an online tracking platform.
Maintain regular update of media, stylist and influencer databases.
Coordinate local & international press requests, sample loans, product placements and gifting activities.
Assist in preparing PR presentations, reports, press materials and event recaps.
Support the coordination of editorial opportunities, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends and relevant media and influencer developments.
Provide administrative support for PR and communication initiatives.

Required Skills & Abilities

Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, Business, or related field.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Interest in luxury retail and fashion.
