العملية التعليمية والتدريس

تدريس المواد المسندة باستخدام استراتيجيات تعليم حديثة ومتنوعة تنمي التفكير والإبداع.
إعداد خطط العمل الفصلية والأسبوعية واليومية بما يضمن تغطية المناهج بشكل كامل.
تفعيل التعليم الإلكتروني والمنصات التعليمية بما يتناسب مع احتياجات الطلاب.
تقييم مستوى الطلاب بشكل مستمر باستخدام أدوات تقويم متنوعة وقياس نواتج التعلم.
إعداد خطط علاجية للطلاب الضعاف وإثراءات للطلاب المتفوقين.

الإشراف والانضباط

الحفاظ على النظام والانضباط داخل الصف وخارجه وفق سياسات المدرسة.
المشاركة في الإشراف اليومي على الطلاب قبل الطابور الصباحي وبعده وفق الجدول المعتمد.
تنفيذ حصص الانتظار وفق جدول المدرسة عند الحاجة.
تهيئة الطلاب للمشاركة في الاختبارات الوطنية والدولية.

المتابعة والتواصل

التواصل المستمر مع أولياء الأمور بالتعاون مع الموجه الطلابي لمتابعة مستوى الطلاب.
تحديد مشكلات الطلاب وطلب الدعم من الجهات المعنية عند الحاجة.
دعم أهداف المدرسة وتقديم مقترحات التحسين لمدير المرحلة.

التطوير المهني

تطوير الذات علميًا ومهنيًا من خلال حضور الدورات وورش العمل.
المساهمة في تطوير زملاء العمل من خلال تبادل الخبرات وتقديم الدورات عند الحاجة.
