Job Description – Procurement Executive
Key Responsibilities
* Source high-quality products from reliable suppliers at competitive prices while ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers, and manage the approved supplier database.
* Conduct market research to identify new products, benchmark prices, and evaluate supplier and competitor offerings.
* Prepare supplier comparisons and obtain management approval before purchase decisions.
* Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contract terms to achieve the best commercial value.
* Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supplier or delivery issues.
* Provide timely and accurate product pricing and quotations to support project requirements.
* Attend regular meetings with the Project Sales Manager to review project needs, resolve procurement challenges, and support sales activities.
* Ensure timely confirmation of quotations and maintain smooth procurement operations.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Ability to evaluate suppliers on technical and commercial aspects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
* Good command of English.
* Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
