Job Purpose
- Review and assess supplier onboarding requests, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, risk criteria, and strategic sourcing objectives.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity.
- Provide support in procurement and contract negotiations for CBD, ensuring optimal terms and risk mitigation while aligning with corporate objectives.
- Coordinate and streamline administrative procurement activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal controls and documentation standards.
- Source competitive quotations for products and services in line with business requirements, and lead negotiations to secure best value for money while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Background in Banking and Procurement professional designation preferred
