About the Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. Responsibilities
- Provide regular product data insights to the team
- Connect data reporting to the product priorities
- Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and enhance the workflows of internal teams
- Engage with data engineers and data product managers to implement user requirements and ensure data accuracy and availability
- Work directly with product marketing managers to size potential impact of "problems-to-solve" for our business
- Conduct research on various business processes to uncover bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Pioneer ways to instrument our processes to easily identify inefficiencies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field or a related discipline
- Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and rapid growth environment
- Passionate about media and/or advertising environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills
