ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead and coordinate Maestral’s scope of work, ensuring that MRO, service and logistics deliverables are executed in accordance with the main contract, integrated program plan and customer expectations. Manage interfaces with Fincantieri and support continuity from previous ADSB-managed MRO arrangements where relevant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Convert the ADSB contractual scope into a detailed workstream plan covering activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners and acceptance requirements. Ensure resources, documentation and governance arrangements are in place to support delivery.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of the ADSB scope and ensure deliverables are complete, timely and aligned with main contract requirements.
  • Work with the Planner to establish and maintain the ADSB schedule within the integrated program plan. Monitor progress, assess slippage, identify critical-path impacts and lead the development of credible recovery actions.
  • Act as the primary program interface with ADSB representatives. Maintain effective working relationships, provide clarity on priorities and requirements, and ensure issues and decisions are appropriately documented and escalated.
  • Coordinate closely with the ADSB Scope of Work Program Manager to manage shared interfaces, hand-offs and interdependencies.
  • Maintain the workstream risk, issue and change log. Assess the impact of emerging issues on cost, schedule, quality and contractual compliance, implement mitigation within authority and escalate material exposures to the program Manager.
  • Ensure ADSB deliverables, submissions and evidence comply with the main contract and agreed standards. Work with Contracts and Document Control to maintain traceability, quality and timely acceptance of workstream documents.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based performance updates for internal and customer governance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Project Management or a relevant discipline
  • Programme / project management certification preferred
  • 10-12 years in defence programmes, service contracts or complex technical project environments
  • Experience managing complex operational workstreams and partner interfaces
  • Previous experience with ADSB or a comparable UAE naval MRO contract is strongly preferred
  • Evidence of managing customer-facing service delivery and contractual milestones
