Dar Al Riyadh is seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-oriented Program Director to join our dynamic team at Neom. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing large-scale programs, along with a deep understanding of the intricacies of complex projects. As the Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives in alignment with Neom's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership while overseeing the development and implementation of programs to ensure they align with Neom's strategic goals and objectives.
- Direct and manage programs from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and open communication to achieve program success.

Essential Requirements:
