We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director with a minimum of 20 years of expertise in managing large-scale hospitality projects within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) sector. The successful candidate will lead and oversee multiple hospitality projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall program of large-scale hospitality projects.
- Develop and implement program management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of multiple hospitality projects simultaneously.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Lead and mentor project managers and project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
