In addition to your competitive package and benefits you will have access to a suite of policies that include hybrid working arrangements, individual athletic sponsorship, study assistance sponsorship, employee referral rewards.

Responsibilities

We are building a pipeline to be prepared for upcoming projects in the coming months. Mobilisation is anticipated to take between 3-6 months.

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Project Manager in Dubai, UAE (Abu Dhabi location can also be considered)

The focus of this role is to oversee projects, ensuring they meet all scope, timeline, and budget requirements. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Leading the delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Effective preparation, planning and control of financial budgets and team resources in order to deliver the required commercial and project outcomes.
  • Planning, preparing, and managing complex programmes and project contracts.
  • Ensuring project standards are implemented across each of the project's, including project administration.
  • Ensuring terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes and their effect on delivery of project objectives.
  • Preparing monthly Project Report and input to consolidated Division Report.
  • Leading a team of professional employees, driving increased organisational performance and achievement of team goals.
  • Analysing existing work processes, procedures, and systems, identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies, cost-effectiveness, and service improvements.
  • Participating in business development activities, including tender/proposal preparation and presentations.
  • Pro-actively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
  • Leading and developing strong communication and working relationships with staff, management, subcontractors, and clients which support collaborative work practices.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at-least 10 years’ experience in a consultancy environment, of which at least 4 years were spent working on projects within the GCC, partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

The successful candidate will have spent the majority of their career within the consultancy sector where major scale infrastructure projects were handled primarily in the early phases. This role would not involve construction elements, therefore if your experience is in line with construction management or being a resident engineer, the role will not match your strengths.

Strong project management skills will be sought as the role requires extensive understanding of the financial element of projects. You will have been involved in consultancy works with deliverables that are used by various government bodies and national level clients that allow them to move ahead with their infrastructure plans.

KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people. We embrace diversity and recognise its’ contribution to client success wherever we work.

We are excited to hear how you can partner with our award-winning team and treat all expressions of interest confidentially.
