What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our CDA team in the UAE. This role blends traditional project management with program operations, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CDA projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Program Operations Support: Support operational execution across multiple CDA initiatives, including tracking KPIs, maintaining program dashboards, and optimizing internal workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and government stakeholders to align project deliverables and expectations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.
- Resource & Budget Management: Manage project resources and support budgeting processes for both project-specific and program-wide initiatives.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver regular updates on project status, milestones, and performance metrics to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment across Cisco functions (sales, engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure successful execution of CDA projects.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Excel).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
