What You’ll Do
Win and grow your portfolio
Proactively prospect property owners to secure new listings and grow your portfolio.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accurately priced, well-presented properties.
Keep CRM activity, client records and listing details accurate, organised and up to date.
Become the market expert
Develop in-depth knowledge of your specialist community, including pricing, transactions, supply and market trends.
Advise sellers on current market conditions, pricing strategies and the best approach to achieving a successful sale.
Turn opportunities into deals
Generate, qualify and manage buyer and seller opportunities throughout the sales process.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries.
Work with qualified, pre-approved buyers through the PRYPCO Mortgage ecosystem.
Conduct viewings and provide clear, honest advice to guide clients through their decisions.
Negotiate offers and manage each transaction from the initial enquiry through to completion.
Build relationships that last
Develop long-term relationships with property owners, buyers and investors to generate repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with PRYPCO Mortgage and Property Management to identify opportunities across the customer journey.
