We at ASICO Real Estate are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team.
The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, leasing, and investment process.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a genuine interest in the UAE real estate market. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong network of clients and property owners while consistently working towards individual and team sales targets.
What you’ll do
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, and other available sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and property investors.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, investment objectives, and preferred locations to recommend suitable properties.
- Source and present residential and/or commercial properties that match client requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and relevant information about properties, locations, pricing, facilities, and market conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Actively promote available properties through approved marketing channels and ensure property listings are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct market research and remain informed about current property prices, market trends, new developments, and relevant regulations.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, investment opportunities, and potential returns based on available market information.
- Negotiate offers, prices, commissions, and other transaction terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Coordinate with clients, owners, developers, mortgage providers, lawyers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients to convert opportunities into successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, property viewings, offers, and transactions in the company's CRM or property management system.
- Ensure all client and transaction documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures and applicable UAE regulations.
- Work towards and consistently achieve individual sales, leasing, and revenue targets.
- Maintain professional standards and ensure all client interactions are conducted ethically and transparently.
- Build a strong personal network and referral base to generate repeat and recurring business.
- Represent the company professionally when meeting clients, attending property viewings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business activities.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion and business opportunities.
- Stay updated on relevant UAE real estate regulations, RERA requirements, market developments, and industry best practices.
Requirements
· Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, business development, or a related sales role is preferred.
· Strong understanding or genuine interest in the UAE real estate market.
· Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, negotiate, and close sales.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions while maintaining strong attention to detail.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
· A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
· UAE real estate experience and relevant RERA certification/licensing will be an advantage.
