- Experience in Defect life cycle
- Utilizing API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI
- Understanding the basic DB testing
- Experience in testing eCommerce platforms (website/mobile site and mobile app).
- Exposure in working with Develop & dev Ops team.
- Capable in the creation of test reports.
- Oversee the identification, documentation, and resolution of defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely bug fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure a unified approach to quality assurance.
