- To study the project contract documents for cost, time and contractual issues and to become familiar with the project.
- Reviews the constructed quantities in site.
- Reviews the contractors’ invoices and certifies payments.
- Assesses the contractor claims.
- Studies the financial impact of prospective change orders prior to their initiation.
- Review, monitor and advise on all requests for additional payment including measurement, variations and claims submitted by the contractor.
- Evaluate materials on site for the purpose of the payment certificate.
- Assist Site in preparing the monthly progress report.
