نبذة عن الوظيفة:

تسعى الشركة إلى استقطاب حاسب كميات يتمتع بالكفاءة والدقة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل. سيكون شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولًا عن حصر الكميات، وإعداد التكاليف التقديرية، وإدارة العقود، ومراقبة تكاليف المشاريع، بما يضمن تنفيذ المشاريع ضمن الميزانية المعتمدة ووفقًا للمتطلبات التعاقدية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إعداد حصر الكميات بالاعتماد على المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية ومتطلبات المشروع.
• إعداد وإدارة جداول الكميات (BOQ).
• إعداد التكاليف التقديرية، وتحليل الأسعار، وإعداد الميزانيات.
• مراجعة المخططات الهندسية ووثائق المشروع لقياس الكميات بدقة.
• إعداد ومراجعة مستخلصات المقاولين والموردين وشهادات الدفع والفواتير.
• متابعة تكاليف المشاريع ومقارنتها بالميزانيات المعتمدة.
• تقييم وإدارة أوامر التغيير (Variation Orders - VOs) وتحليل أثرها المالي.
• التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالتكاليف والتوقعات المالية وتقدم المشاريع.
• مراجعة العقود والتأكد من الالتزام بالشروط التجارية والمالية والتعاقدية.
• دعم أعمال المناقصات والمشتريات وإدارة العقود.

المؤهلات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، أو الهندسة المعمارية، أو إدارة التشييد، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة عملية في مجال حصر الكميات، أو ضبط التكاليف، أو إدارة العقود.
• معرفة قوية بالمخططات الهندسية، والمواصفات الفنية، ووثائق العقود.
• إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وMicrosoft Excel وأنظمة ERP، بالإضافة إلى برامج حصر الكميات مثل PlanSwift أو CostX (يفضل).
• مهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية واتصالية متميزة.
• القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع والعمل في بيئة عمل سريعة.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع التطوير العقاري والإنشاءات.
• تُعد إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs based on approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Perform cost estimation, price analysis, and budget preparation.
• Review engineering drawings and project documents to accurately measure quantities.
• Prepare, review, and certify contractors' and suppliers' payment applications and invoices.
• Monitor project costs and track expenditures against approved budgets.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage Variation Orders (VOs) and assess their financial impact.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare periodic cost reports, forecasts, and project progress updates.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with commercial and contractual obligations.
• Support tendering, procurement, contract administration, and commercial evaluation activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, or Contract Management.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and quantity surveying software such as PlanSwift or CostX (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real estate development and construction projects is highly preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
