Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Radiographer to join our diagnostic imaging team in the UAE. The role involves performing high-quality imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with UAE healthcare standards and radiation protection protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays, CT scans, MRI, etc.) as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure accurate positioning of patients and proper operation of imaging equipment.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain compliance with UAE regulations.
- Monitor and maintain imaging equipment for optimal performance.
- Prepare and manage patient records and imaging reports accurately.
- Provide clear instructions and support to patients during procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology.
- Licensure: Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility in the UAE.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in diagnostic imaging (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong knowledge of imaging techniques, radiation safety, and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
