Making lab trails/ processing (Hands on experience). Fundamentals of paint formulation calculations. Comparative study of competitors’ products when assigned by line manager Conduct Raw Material testing to ensure that the raw materials used are suitable for their intended use. Trials for new colour formulation as requested. Participate in Suppliers meetings and departmental meetings. Documentation & reporting of all process and formulas.
